/ brand imagery system

/ role

creative strategist & director

i defined and implemented a scalable visual system to align content production with campaign strategy and brand evolution.

context

visual production assets were produced reactively and in isolation, without a shared visual direction or system to support campaigns. outputs varied in tone, quality and intent, with limited connection to overarching marketing priorities. this created inconsistencies in how the brand appeared visually, friction in creative workflows and difficulties in scaling production or build recognizable campaign narratives.

role

i spotted this gap and independently drove the system’s development. i set the creative and narrative foundation, identifying the best creative team to execute across concepting and production, and shaped the process of how concepts are translated into visual output. i then worked cross-functionally with marketing, design and production to align priorities and ensure adoption. the project has been implemented, and i currently bridge concept and execution by defining how ideas translate into production, guiding decisions on set design, lighting, props and overall feasibility to ensure outputs are both coherent and achievable.

approach

to ensure adoption, i started by mapping top-priority campaigns and identifying recurring themes and top-priority messages. i translated these into a structured narrative and visual framework to guide content creation across formats. i then defined a set of principles for how ideas should be expressed visually—across illustration, photography and video—ensuring consistency while allowing for variation and application across formats and channels. i finally implemented this system into the production process, aligning stakeholders on what to create, why it matters and how it connects to the broader campaign ecosystem.

outcome

- improved consistency across campaigns

- clearer alignment between content and marketing priorities

- enabled faster, more coherent production
